Who is owner Business Data
Online Accounting Services (all terms hereinafter are in accordance to the Term of Use) is an online accounting System for self-servicing or combined professional accounting service with self-servicing in management accountancy.
Service stores Consumer’s information about his correspondents and business transactions as, provided or entered by him. CSF Solutions Limited will store information that is entered by the Consumer, or automatically imported on Consumer instruction. The Data entered, or imported on instruction, remains Consumer’s property and CSF Solutions Limited will not use nor make available for use any of this information without owner permission.
Who and how control the access rights to Business solution’s Data
All permissions to make available the data can be set only via Administrator component that is disabled by default and can be activated by Consumer’s request for his purposes by CSF Solutions Limited via Consumer’s license. Only Consumer can use this component in his business solution, because those only permitted users (by him) can use his business solution.
The Data entered or imported on instruction, by Consumer is stored securely in a database and is only accessible by any person Consumer have authorized to use the Service. Any people including CSF Solutions Limited personnel cannot get the Data from the database because only IMPFORCE service (server side part of the IMPFORCE platform) is authorised to operate with it.
Consumer and his Staff users are responsible to keep their passwords safe.
CSF Solutions Limited, our staff and any other people do not have access to Consumer’s passwords and are therefore unable to access Consumer’s business solution or Data without receiving a request to do so from Consumer and Staff user account’s details have been registered in his Business Solution before request.
Data Access limitation in cases of the payment failure or suspending
Access to the Data may be temporarily or permanently deleted by CSF Solutions Limited in the next cases:
Consumer have failed Subscription fee advance payment - account suspended from the first day of the unpaid month. Subscription and additional services fees should be paid. Users of Business solution cannot login into the System while payment will not be made. Consumer's Data is in safe.
Stop paying for the Service after suspending - all Consumers’ data will be removed from the servers during the 40 days from suspending period starting. Debt, Subscription, and additional services fees for suspended period should be paid.
at Consumer request - if Consumer has a season business or temporarily will go to the dormant state this option will be useful. Please provide CSF Solutions Limited with the request for suspending account, transfer small advance payment to CSF Solutions Limited for data storing service (please see price-list) for planned term. All Data will be stored during the paid time and login to the account cannot be possible while CSF Solutions Limited does not receive account activation request from the Consumer.
Details about monitoring of the activities in the business solution
As stated in previous item only Consumers has rights to see any primary or aggregated information in their Business solutions. CSF Solutions Limited can monitor only total loads onto the servers where system is operating by different hardware’s’ parameters.
CSF Solutions Limited does not store credit card details
If you choose to pay for the Service by credit card, your credit card details are not stored by the Service and cannot be accessed by CSF Solutions Limited staff or by third parties.
Your credit card details are encrypted and securely stored by the third party payment system only.
Consumer’s Data exporting and sharing
Consumer and he only can do anything that he wants with the Data while his account is active. Export and import features are not restricted or limited to do this and supports the common file formats.
Communications by email and system built-in facilities
CSF Solutions Limited sends billing information, products information, Services updates and Services notifications to Consumer via email.
Where appropriate email communication will contain clear and obvious instructions describing how Consumer can opt to be removed from the mailing list. CSF Solutions Limited will remove You upon Your request.
The Service may contain links enabling the electronic transfer of data with third-party applications. CSF Solutions Limited takes no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of these applications.
Updating of the policy
CSF Solutions Limited reserves the right to change this policy at any time and any amended policy is effective upon the posting on this website. CSF Solutions Limited will make every effort to communicate these changes to Consumer via email or notification via the website.
